I met Mr. Ed Johnson this evening and talked about his Christmas display.  Mr. Johnson has lived here for 8 years and adds to his decorations each year.  He starts setting it up the day after Labor Day and will not have it all taken down until the end of February.  He told me that there is over 5 miles of extension cords, and it is almost a full time job taking care of it.  It is obviously that this is a labor of love for him.

      As you drive through a beautifully lit archway, you see decorations on both sides of the long drive.  There are many animated displays along the way leading back to wonderfully decorated buildings.  There are displays across a lake, and the reflections this evening through the growing fog were breathtaking.  There is Christmas music playing through hidden speakers, which adds a nice touch to the atmosphere.
